Somatic Healing Course for Women Recovering from Religious Trauma

Learn practical tools to calm fight-or-flight, reconnect with your body, rebuild self-trust, and begin creating a life guided by your own voice.

Filmed in forests & rivers, this four-week, self-paced online course invites your system to unwind patterns it learned under fear-based religious systems and feel safe to explore beyond the past.

What's Included:

Enrollment $90*

Self-Paced, Online Course

  • 21 videos [teaching & guided practice]

  • 4 audio soundscapes set to healing frequencies for somatic reflection

  • Practical somatic tools you can use for life

  • Movement and nervous system regulation practices

  • Rituals to mark your return to embodied choice

*The course is part of a growing vision to make healing resources and accessible programs available to more women impacted by religious trauma. As this work grows, we intend to use funds we receive from participation in this course to develop scholarships and direct support for women who may not otherwise be able to access healing resources.

You'll learn how to:

Recognize how high-control religious environments shaped your body’s activation and settling patterns.

  • Understand fight, flight, freeze, and fawn as protective adaptations your body intelligently developed.

  • Track sensation, allowing your body to be felt without judgment.

  • Rebuild internal safety that may have been organized around external authority.

  • Strengthen boundaries as lived, physical experiences — sensing your own edges from within.

This is experiential work. Transformation happens through the felt sense as you practice the movements, tools, tracking, and rituals.

You're understanding the change and embodying it.
